MOBILE MEALS PROGRAM
We deliver fresh, hot, nutritious and ready to eat meals to your doorstep Monday to Thursday.
Our Mobile Meals program is aimed towards seniors, individuals with chronic or acute medical conditions and/or people recovering from illness or injury.
In addition to the meal delivery, our volunteers perform an informal wellness check on each client and provide social interaction to those living alone.
Our goal is to help people retain independence in the comfort of their own homes!
Meals are offered Monday through to Thursday each week and are delivered between 4:00-5:30pm. Please note, we do not deliver on statutory holidays.
HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?
Meals are delivered for the low cost of $7 per meal. You can make payment by cheque, etransfer, or credit card.
WHAT IS THE MENU?
Meals vary day-to-day based on food donations we receive so there is no set menu. Each meal is cooked fresh, delivered ready-to-eat and comes with a delicious dessert. Clients have the option of vegetarian, gluten-free, or dairy free meals and we can accomodate other dietary limitations.
