Today was our application deadline for hampers and we are set to create more than 230 hampers from Dec 14-18!  Our warehouse is already set-up and we are beginning to bring in donations from businesses, schools and other Cloverdale organizations this week.

We can still use donations of:

  • Non-perishable Food Items such as: Canned Veg & Fruit, Soup, Crackers, Snacks, Canned Meat/Fish, Condiments, Pasta, Rice etc.
  • Grocery & Food Gift Cards
  • Toiletries & Personal Care Items
  • New Gloves, Socks & Scarves

Please no alcohol, homemade/home canned food items, expired or opened packages

We also need new, unopened toys and gifts for children birth to 12 years old.  We find that we receive fewer gift items for boys between ages 7 and 12, please think of donating for this demographic, especially.

Because youth between 13 and 18 years old have different interests and needs, we are not always able to accommodate gifts for that age, depending on our donations.  We hope to provide a gift card for these teens each year.  Consider purchasing gift cards to a local mall, Walmart, sports, accessories or clothing store, or send a cash donation so that we can purchase gift cards for these older children.

Donations can be dropped-off at Pacific Community Church (5337-180 St).

Each year we purchase staple items from our local grocery store that are not commonly donated and gifts not received in our donation drive.  You can help us purchase these items with a financial donation.

You can make a monetary donation directly to the Cloverdale Christmas Hamper through PayPal by selecting here.  Cheques can be made out to PACIFIC COMMUNITY CHURCH and mailed to 5337-180 St., Surrey, BC, V3S 4K5.  Financial donations over $5 will receive a charitable donation receipt.

Thank you for your support of the Hamper Program!  Hundreds of lives will be touched by your generosity this year!
